Privacy policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Your circumstances deserve discretion. This policy explains what personal information Seasonism collects through this website, why, how it is protected, and the choices you have. We collect only what is needed to organise and provide your support.
1. Who we are
- Organisation: Seasonism
- Address: to be completed
- Privacy contact: contact@seasonism.org
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account: name, email address, phone number (optional), time zone, and a password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).
- Bookings: the service, date and time chosen, and anything you decide to share in the optional notes field.
- Messages: the content of the contact form and of your emails or WhatsApp messages to us.
The notes you share may reveal information about your health or emotional wellbeing. This is sensitive information: you are never required to provide it to book, and we process it only with your explicit consent, for the purpose of preparing your support.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure page. Your card number never reaches our servers; we receive only the confirmation of payment, the amount and a payment reference.

We never sell your information, and we never use it for advertising.
4. Confidentiality and its limits
We treat everything you share with discretion and limit access to those who need it to support you. However, we never promise absolute confidentiality. We may need to share information, as narrowly as possible, when there is a serious and imminent risk to your life or someone else's, when the law requires it, or with a professional you have authorised. Before any engagement, these situations are explained to you in writing.
5. Who we share it with
- Authorised members of the Seasonism team involved in your support;
- licensed clinicians or other professionals, only with your consent (except in the emergencies described above);
- a trusted person you have chosen to involve, within the limits you agree;
- service providers acting on our instructions: Stripe (payments), our email provider, our hosting provider (to be completed), and the video-conferencing tool used for your sessions;
- WhatsApp, only if you choose to contact us that way;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it

| Account | While your account is active; deleted on request or after 3 years of inactivity |
| Appointment records and notes | For the duration of our relationship, then as required by applicable professional and legal obligations |
| Payment and accounting records | As required by tax and accounting law |
| Contact messages | 3 years after our last exchange |
| Unpaid, abandoned bookings | 12 months |
| Server logs | 12 months maximum |
7. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS); notes, session details and internal notes encrypted in our database; passwords hashed; access to the administration limited to authorised staff; regular backups. If a breach were to put your rights at risk, we would inform you and the competent authority as required by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@seasonism.org; we may ask you to confirm your identity and will answer within one month. You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
9. International transfers
Some of our providers may process information outside your country. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Age
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the latest version appears at the top of this page; significant changes will be notified to account holders.
